Insight Editions has announced Star Wars: The Secrets of the Sith, a children’s book by Mark Sumerak and Sergio Gomez Silvan set to arrive in August.
I live on the dark side, so pull the shades tight…
This August, Insight Editions will publish Star Wars: The Secrets of the Sith, a new Star Wars children’s book written by Mark Sumerak and illustrated by Sergio Gomez Silvan. The book “will explore the dark side of the Force,” with none other than Emperor Sheev Palpatine, aka Darth Sidious, serving as the narrator.
A follow-up to Sumerak’s 2019 canon reference book Star Wars: The Secrets of the Jedi, The Secrets of the Sith “covers everything from the Star Wars films to series to comics and beyond,” promising entries highlighting “some of the most legendary dark-side warriors.” On that note, the cover features Darth Vader standing front and center. He is joined by Darth Maul, Count Dooku, Asajj Ventress, Savage Opress, Kylo Ren, Supreme Leader Snoke and, of course, Emperor Palpatine, who will provide his “thoughts on several dark-side abilities” throughout the book.
