Domino: Battle of the Bones star David Arquette hypes up his high stakes tournament before receiving some bad news in a clip from the new comedy.

Los Angeles the host city for the World Domino Championship in the new comedy film Domino: Battle of the Bones, starring David Arquette and Snoop Dogg.

In an exclusive clip from the film, Arquette’s disgraced domino champion films a low budget promo in a parking lot to hype up his planned competition. Featuring cheap graphics and a skeleton production crew, the filming is interrupted when he receives a call from his wife alerting him that his credit score has hit rock bottom — and he’s about to lose custody of his children.

The feature directorial debut of Emmy nominee Baron Davis, Battle of the Bones tells the story of Arquette’s domino champion’s plans to put on a shady competition, while a former champion from Compton enlists the help of his savant step-grandson in helping to reclaim his own glory.

Co-written by Davis, the film is a comedic look at the impact of dominoes on culture and characters past their bone-throwing glory days looking for second chances while exploring the cutthroat world of underground domino competitions and rivalries.

Directed by Baron Davis, Domino: Battle of the Bones stars David Arquette and Snoop Dogg. The film is in select movie theaters now.
